The repair shop Manor didn’t have. Until 2024.
A locally owned phone, computer, tablet and game console repair shop at 209 Lexington St, run by the two technicians who do the work. Free diagnostic, prices posted before you walk in, most repairs done the same day.
Our story
Device Hero was born from a simple observation: people needed a reliable, honest place to repair their devices without the hassle of driving to Austin or dealing with overpriced mall kiosks. Founded in 2024 in the heart of Manor, we set out to be different. We believed that device repair should be fast, affordable, and backed by real expertise.
What started as a small shop has grown into Manor’s most trusted repair destination. Today we serve not just individual customers but also businesses, schools and organizations throughout Manor, Elgin, Pflugerville, Hutto and East Austin, and we take mail-in repairs from anywhere in Texas.
Every device that comes through our door is treated with the same care and attention we’d give our own. Nothing gets shipped to a depot; the bench is twenty feet from the counter, and the person who quotes your repair is the person who does it.
Four things you can count on
These aren’t slogans; they’re the rules the shop runs on every day.
Free diagnostic, honest quote
We tell you exactly what’s wrong and what it costs before any work starts. If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing. No bench fees for bad news.
Prices you can see first
Our full price list is on the site, parts and labor included. The number we quote at the counter is the number on the receipt.
Fixed here, not shipped out
Screens, batteries, liquid damage and board-level work like PS5 and Xbox HDMI ports all happen at our bench under a microscope. That’s why most repairs are done the same day.
Warrantied work
Every repair carries a 60-day warranty, 90 days on game consoles. If something we touched isn’t right, bring it back and we make it right.
